How do I delete my account? Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes your profile, posts, messages, and any progress photos.
How do I report something in the Forum or Messages? Use the Report button on the post, comment, or message. You can also block a user from Messages so they can't contact you again.
Is AX.GRIND free? Yes — every workout, the AI Coach, nutrition tools, and community features are free, with no paywalls.
Is the AI Coach a real doctor or trainer? No. It's AI-generated guidance for general education and motivation only — see our Terms of Service for details, and talk to a real healthcare provider before starting a new program.
