TERMS OF SERVICE

By creating an account or using AX.GRIND ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AX.GRIND. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use the app.

Not medical advice

AX.GRIND provides general fitness information, workout plans, and an AI-generated coach for educational and motivational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and the AI Coach is not a doctor, physical therapist, dietitian, or licensed professional. Talk to a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have an existing injury or health condition. You use any workout, nutrition suggestion, or AI-generated advice at your own risk.

Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must provide a real, working email address to sign up.
• One account per person. Don't impersonate anyone else.
• You can delete your account at any time from Account → Delete Account.

Community rules

The Forum and Messages are for sharing progress, asking questions, and encouraging each other. The following are not allowed and may get your content removed or your account suspended:

• Harassment, hate speech, bullying, or threats directed at any user.
• Sexually explicit content, nudity, or content sexualizing minors.
• Spam, scams, or promoting unrelated products/services.
• Content promoting eating disorders, self-harm, or dangerous/extreme physical challenges.
• Sharing anyone else's personal information without their consent.
• Illegal content or activity of any kind.

Report anything that violates these rules using the Report button — our automatic moderation and manual review process act on reports. You can also block any user from messaging you.

AI features

The AI Coach and Body Analyzer use a third-party AI service to generate responses. AI-generated content can be inaccurate or inappropriate despite our moderation efforts — use your judgment, and report anything concerning.

Content you post

You keep ownership of anything you post (forum posts, comments, messages, photos), but by posting it you give AX.GRIND permission to display it within the app to the audience that feature is intended for (e.g. the public forum, or the specific person you message). Don't post anything you don't have the right to share.

No warranty

AX.GRIND is provided "as is," free of charge, with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AX.GRIND and its creator aren't liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from your use of the app, including from following a workout plan, nutrition suggestion, or AI-generated advice.

Termination

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms or the community rules. You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change materially, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
